With a budget of £ 400 £ 500 and includes taps / Floor / Painting / blind. My father goes to the mosaic of this not at least pay!

Hello, in the Victorian era was green or cream, or both, and I saw saw with my own eyes, you should have heard of Brighton, how old is he? and seems rather chic.

Victoria dark colors. Green and brown, sometimes dark cream, Crean and green go together very well.

I would think going with a tin surface or brushed chrome fixtures. Gold can be a bit much for the look. Victorian colors tend to be richer in the dark side / But since you have a large window and plenty of light ... I would also like pink and cream. How about an accent with a little shade of dark green color balance of light and maintain a sense of Victoria? Perhaps a dark towel ... If you sew at all, get a little cream lace and sewing the ends of their towels. Victoriana is all about accessories and decorations. Find old calendars or magazines, throw some pictures that you like and put under the second hand, and the group on a wall. I would definitely use white tiles, regardless of the choice of color, because they are the most expensive decoration. With white, you can always color the color for little money, no tables must be replaced.

I think the colors, you should have are creamy white, maybe pink, and add some brass, if desired. Do you expect to help, so di-s!
