Am I protected in any way if I publish my short stories on my MySpace page and they are used by others? - stories by guyspencer
I would like some stories I wrote in my MySpace blog to share, but I fear they will not be the legal means, if someone find them and publish their work elsewhere. Can I sue for damages? Can I force them to deny the stories? In other words, are owned online publication only me to do, or do I something formal and legal status of copyright? Thank you!

which is so in Safe Mode, if you publish stories on Yahoo Answers and people can under his name known to say that they have no right to complain
By publishing their stories online can fly everyone, even if your MySpace page.
You can not sue for damages or to force them to recant their stories because they are not protected by copyright. Therefore, anyone can.
famous authors, plays and other works are proprietary generally, so that anyone stealing your original work.
Not only by the publication, which are not automatically protected by copyright.
You need to get a copyright.
You can fly.
The best way to protect your job is to find a site that the copyright of their work.
That's what I would do:
Enter (www.writing.com their stories in the copyright, and it's free)
Based on that server was successful, then set it on MySpace, in this way, if someone uses them, you have to take into account the copyright before putting them on MySpace.
Good luck, Sabrina
No, I'm pretty sure there is nothing that can be done unless the right to reproduce, legally
Tom asked if there is a way to their private blogs, so that people only want to see how to set up a password for
No. They deny all
This happened w / Edgar Allen Poe and his poem "The Raven". The same system applies today
MySpace is dangerous. You must make your profile private
